Guest Lecture: The Role and Function of the Central Bank in the Economy

The Doctoral Research Program in Technical Sciences (PSDIT) organized an invited lecture on Thursday, November 9, 2023, in room B.1.1 of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, Sudirman Campus. The topic is the role and functions of central banks in economics. The lecture was presented by Ir. G.A. Diah Utari, M.A., Deputy Director of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in Bali Province.  In her presentation, Ibu Utari discussed the institutional development and role of Bank Indonesia as a central bank, Bank Indonesia's policies, and  Bank Indonesia's regional policy implementation. Other discussions also focused on monetary and fiscal policy. The guest lecture featured not only doctoral students but also undergraduate students from the Industrial Engineering Study Program.
