Community Service: Application of Mixed Asphalt Emulsion with Scrapping of Used Asphalt

On Sunday, July 24, 2022, the Engineering Doctoral Study Program (PSDIT) held Community Service with the theme Application of Mixed Asphalt Emulsion by Scraping Used Asphalt at Nuansa Kebo Iwa Residence, Jalan Batur Sari, Kebo Iwa Selatan. This service was led by Prof. Ir. I Nyoman Arya Thanaya, ME, Ph.D who has been doing research and service in the field of road pavement for a long time. This service was not only attended by lecturers from PSDIT but also students from the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. The results of this service are very beneficial for the community around the housing, because so far the local road in the housing have poor pavement conditions. Through the concept of recycling road materials from a mixture of scratched asphalt and emulsified asphalt, the processing time is relatively short and material requirements can be minimized.
