48th Doctoral Promotion

The Doctor of Engineering Study Program (PSDIT) held its 48^th doctoral promotion session which was held on Tuesday, January 17 2023 at the Wiswakarma Hall, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. Promovendus Cokorda Putra Wirasutama, ST., MT with the dissertation title Behavior Model of Foreign Motorcyclists Related to Safety Aspects in Tourist Destination completed his studies within 5 years and received the title of very satisfactory.

In his presentation, Dr. Cokorda Putra Wirasutama, ST., MT explained that the road environment and traffic conditions did not affect the behavior of foreign motorcyclists. Meanwhile, the human factor has a significant positive effect on the behavior of motorcyclists. Local law enforcement variables play a role in moderating human factors. Therefore law enforcement is highly recommended in reducing motorcycle traffic accidents.

As chairman of the session is Prof. Dewa Made Priyantha Wedagama, ST., MT., MSc., Ph.D., as the Coordinator of the Doctor of Engineering Study Program (PSDIT) of the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University. Promoter Prof. Putu Alit Suthanaya, ST., M.Eng.Sc., Ph.D. The co-promoters I and II are Prof. Dewa Made Priyantha Wedagama, ST., MT., MSc., Ph.D, and Dr. A. A. Gde Agung Yana, ST., MT respectively. Acting as examiner is Prof. Ir. I Nyoman Arya Thanaya, ME., Ph.D., Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Budiartha RM., MSc., Prof. Dr. Ir. I Dewa Ketut Sudarsana, MT., Dr. Ir. I Wayan Suweda, MSP., MPhil, and Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Yudha Astana, MT. Meanwhile, Dr. I Made Agus Ariawan, ST., MT., Ir. Ida Ayu Made Budiwati, MSc., Ph.D and Kadek Diana Harmayani, ST., MT., Ph.D act as academic invitees.
